 WHAT IS eGOSHOPPING'S RETURN POLICY?

We are sure that you will love what you ordered, but if for any reason something doesn't work out; eGOSHOPPING will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the delivering date. Then, allow 24-48 business hours to process the RMA after you send in your request.
Most returns are processed within three business days of receipt in our distribution center. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. 
Return Policy:

    • returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date
    • all merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
    • Any item must in its original condition.
    • all hang tags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the return
    • all garments are subject to inspection
    • outgoing shipping charges are not refunded

  • we will issue you a Return Authorization number. When you receive your RA number, please send back your item.
  • Once an RA number has been assigned, the return must arrive back to us within 10 days. Any item that has been assigned an RA and not received within 10 days will have its RA voided.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if you are approved for a refund. 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • eGOSHOPPING will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge
  • Customers are required to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order In the event that your product is lost in transit,
  • eGOSHOPPING will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns with tracking.
  • We ask that you allow 5 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.

Shipping Method:
To return eGOSHOPPING merchandise for credit or exchange, we prefer that you send us an email to info@egoshopping.com to obtain a Return Authorization number, or click here to request one. PLS ALLOW 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST FOR RMA. Pack all items in a secure carton or be eco-friendly & reuse the original packaging and enclose the RA number with the merchandise. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN R.A.
You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable shipping method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange. Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

HOW DO I RETURN A GIFT?
If you received a gift from our website, you may return/exchange it us.
The original order number is required to process the return. If you need assistance obtaining this information, please contact us. Please have the gift givers full name and address information handy. We will provide you with a gift return form to enclose with your package if you do not have the original packing slip.
